Host was absolutely lovely, spoke much better English than my French! Very helpful. Terrace was lovely, beds were comfortable, we stayed upstairs in the large family room and there was lots of space, our own shower and sink. Location was excellent. A short walk into town.
Nothing we didn't like, just a note to others. There is no specific parking. I found a space, but I was lucky. Also, this is more of a home stay with shared kitchen and toilet facilities. The stay, though, was excellent, and I highly recommend.

L’emplacement en plein centre d’Angoulême.
Je n’avais pas compris que c’était une chambre chez l’habitant et que je partageais avec eux les pièces de vie avec des enfants en bas âge dont un bébé qui pleurait beaucoup. Une chambre , sans clim, ni ventilateur , mal isolé.
