Great location, attentive reception staff, good breakfast options
2 days in a row room was not cleaned, no apology or fix when highlighted twice (well within house keeping hours)

We have stayed here several times in recent years - usually two or three days each time - and it always maintains the same high standard. The weather was unusually hot so we were grateful for the air-con. Dinner choices were available and service was of a high quality. Secure parking in a town-centre is always bonus with easy access to the rest of the hotel.
