The room was clean and nice

I missed tomatoes, cucumbers, or any other greens for breakfast.

The staff were so friendly, could not do enough-particularly one receptionist (sorry don’t know her name-dark hair/bi-lingual-helped me book laser tag). Also prior to our arrival the team were very responsive to questions about the parking and gave really helpful information. Great courtyard area to sit in for breakfast or in the evening. My family enjoyed playing cards together here. Would be great if they consider some lighting there. Location was great- access to lovely river walk, museum, centre of Angoulême was walking distance. Breakfast was great value, pastries, juices, breads, fruit, tea and coffee in abundance. Kids ate for free!! Bonus!

Traffic noise one night was very loud-not hotels fault! Rooms were hot (heatwave in July) so again not the hotels fault, we were provided with fans in both bedroom areas of the apartment which did help.

Great appartments, easy walk up the hill to the centre. Good location with parking. Outside terrace downstairs.

More than one pillow each would be nice. Outside area could be cleaned regularly.

Not for motorcyclists who have to carry their heavy luggage the full length of the building, they should have luggage trolleys available. No full length mirror in the room.
