Conveniently located for me to visit someone in the local hospital. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

I had a disabled room, ideal for me. However, it would be a good idea to put grab rails in the shower area and to make the tiled floor area in the bathroom non slip. It was a bit precarious to walk around in the bathroom on a tiled floor with damp feet.

A nice hotel to stop one night and explore around Angoulême. The staff was kind and the room overall clean.

Long stay might not be comfortable due to the extremely small room. The ratio quality cost should be revised considering the very small room and little services.

Not much has been done to the exterior of this property in years and the car park has narrow bays and is poorly lit at night Beer was expensive for what you got - the equivalent of some city centre bars. I don't understand why there was a TV in the bar area as the rooms have their own and this one was quite intrusive. The seating was random chairs and not very conducive to enticing customers out of their rooms and using the bar?

Not so clean. Economy room is really small - so better take the pop option
