Hôtel des Arts

Très belle rénovation de cet immeuble, décoré avec goût, et prestations modernes dans un écrin ancien. Réussi. Sensation d’hôtel premium. À peu de distance du centre à pied. Parking propre à l’hôtel gratuit très apprécié. Personnel extrêmement accueillant et agréable. Nous avons eu la meilleure chambre avec la terrasse, superbe.

Pas grand chose. C’est Angouleme qui n’est malheureusement pas à la hauteur de l’hôtel

Een prachtig hotel in het centrum van Angoulême! Het historische gebouw is met enorm veel smaak gerenoveerd en de combinatie van authentieke charme en moderne inrichting is echt geslaagd. Onze kamer was ruim, comfortabel en zeer netjes. Ook de ligging is ideaal om de stad te voet te ontdekken. Het personeel was bovendien ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Niets eigenlijk! Alles was helemaal naar wens en we hebben een heel aangenaam verblijf gehad.

Rooms were spacious, staff was so helpful, breakfast was delicious!

Large comfortable bed.

Room directly opposite reception so little privacy when room door opened by partner and I'm in bed! Enormous bathroom (wet room?) With no shower screens so floor got wet and dangerously slippery. Nowhere in shower area to put own toiletries. Poir quality hairdryer, bkew cold only. Coffee machine and some pods but paper cups????? Really??????? Very overpriced breakfast for what was on offer and no ham or cheese left by the time we went there. Nowhere comfy to relax in hotel and the advertused "garden" does not have any seating.
