Lovely spacious room with very comfy bed. We loved the spa and the rooftop bar. Felt really special.
Nothing really. The only suggestion that I have would be to serve some lighter bar snacks somewhere. Probably at the rooftop bar for those who don’t want full on restaurant dining.

Now this place... something else. First of all - you are in Cognac, what more can you want? The place is an exceptional example of maintaining a beautiful old Château with brilliant and artistic modern architecture and design. From the layout, the glass elevator, the round-and-round you walk concept... the friendly staff, the room (the best we stayed at), the food!!! Highly recommended.

Beautiful property which is very well kept. The spa and pool facilities are lovely and very calm and quiet. I had a massage in the spa which was really great. Breakfast is very good with many options. Rooms are beautiful with big comfortable beds.
We have stayed before and I felt service had slipped a little. We arrived to check in at 2.45 and our room wasn't ready, which is fine as check in is 3pm. They said they would call when it was ready but by 6pm we had still not received a call so went to reception. There was no apology for this.
Reception booked dinner in the distillery for us and on arrival they didn't have our reservation.
We used the roof top bar which is lovely, but ordered some food that never arrived and were then charged for it.
