A beautiful location, spacious and clean

A minor thing only but there was very limited hot water. The hot water cylinder is set too low or is not heating properly. Also I couldn’t get parking tag to work on exit of carpark and so had to pay for two days parking but that too is a minor inconvenience for the pleasure of staying in such a beautiful property

This is a lovely place with a beautiful view. The sunrise is particularly stunning, and the location is excellent. The space has undergone a very expensive and high-quality renovation.

Parking's a pain and costs money (~1,2€/hour).. Get ready to spend 10-15 minutes to park a car. There are 6 single beds, but none for couples, and only 3 forks. The balcony's useless, someone could be cleaning the carpet right above your head 🤪 The view is amazing, but don't look down. Self check-in is great, but better instructions for the key and parking would be helpful.

Die Kommunikation verlief problemlos und der Zugang zum Apartment war gut organisiert (Schlüsselbox). Die Lage hat uns begeistert, vor allem der phantastische Ausblick und die Nähe zur beschaulichen Ortsmitte mit Einkaufs- Bummel- und Ausgehmöglichkeiten. Jeden Morgen frisches Baguette und Croissants aus der Boulangerie: Perfekt! Das Apartment ist sehr gut und modern ausgestattet. Es gab ausreichend bequeme Schlafmöglichkeiten für uns fünf. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell in Monaco oder Nizza, der Bus nach Monaco hält fast vor der Haustür und auch zu Fuß ist man in weniger als einer Stunde in Monte Carlo, eine schöne Strecke, allerdings geht es teilweise sehr steil abwärts.

Emplacement idéal au dessus de Monaco. Logement très spacieux, moderne et propre. Parking sécurisé juste à côté. Vu magnifique du balcon.
