位置、设施设备很好。细节处理好

卧室热，但不能开窗，因为虫子太多，空调噪音有点大。建议安纱窗。还有就是早点给客户发自主入住信息。我们晚上9:00抵达，人生地不熟，没有入住指引，一度以为是不真实的酒店公寓，也不确定是否找对了地方。等了十几分钟才收到入住指引，拿到钥匙。以前这种自主入住的酒店都很早发来入住指南。这样还是第一次遇到

Location is fantastic .... right on the lake. The apartment itself is great (probs needs better air-con with the temps in mid 30s) The apartment building is a little less impressive but once you are used to that everything else is great. Check your messages from the owner as they send a link to videos to gain access , all very well explained. We had a car and the underground parking was an absolute win win! Its a busy city and having reserved parking made everything so easy.

The apartment needs air con in the bedroom .... we slept on the sofa bed in the living area as it had air con in there. (temps were in mid 30s though) Don't be disheartened when you see the building - the apartment is great and the location could not be any better ....

Very nicely furnished apartment in an older block in an excellent location overlooking the lake, through the amazing huge old trees which line the road (and provide welcome shade!), A short walk into the centre of Annecy and in the other direction the beach (public & private) It is very well equipped with everything you need. Underground parking - garage is wide, but low (couldn't fully open boot) and fitted our car in lengthwise with about 2cm to spare. so be careful if you have an extra long or tall car! Communication with managing agents and instructions/info given were good.

The only downside for us was it was advertised as being air conditioned (one of our criteria) so we expected it to have full, proper a/c, but it was a portable unit in the living room which was not sufficient. No a/c in bedroom. Despite using it, 2 portable fans and keeping blinds closed, we struggled to get a comfortable temperature when it was 30 deg+ outside. Gave it an 8 rating for this, otherwise would have been a 10!

Location to lake, cleanliness, tastefully decorated, glimpses of the lake through the trees, apartment layout. Very clear guest instructions.
