This apartment was perfect for us attending the animation festival. My fav stay in over 10 years of attending Annecy! The Door code mechanism got stuck, and I couldn't get in!! The property manager turned up in 15 mins and solved it. Amazing! 5-star service. We had fans for each room, thankfully, as it was super hot this year.
No Air Conditioning - but not a complaint - a nice to have:)

Propreté, confort et situation très proche du vieux annecy. A 2 pas des nouvelles hall du haras.
Les places de parking libres trop peu nombreuses et revenant très chers au final.

Emplacement idéal : à proximité direct du lac d'Annecy, tout en restant proche du centre-ville. 2 parkings à quelques centaines de mètres, et des places dans la rue pour décharger si besoin.
Propreté : Propre dans l'ensemble mais quelques détails à peaufiner. Poussière au sol (avec un bébé, pas top), cheveux dans la baignoire, moustique dans la carafe, lave-vaisselle qui mériterait un nettoyage interne. Pratiquement plus de liquide vaisselle et savon pour les mains dans la sdb..
