Staff was so friendly!!! Location was awesome. Breakfast was delicious!
There was no door to the shower/bathroom. When we showered water splashed everywhere

Breakfast was great but i think asking guest what they like would save a lot of waste. Location was great. The staff were excellent.
false advertising of the room (not the property). It did not have a balcony; it did not have a view of the caldera. Front door opened to the courtyard which is fine but everyone walking past on the street could see in. Bedding arrangements were not as requested. Given it was a family room only had the one bathroom (which is fine) but only had a handheld shower. (Which you could not place on the wall). This could be easily fixed and from other room photos they have done this.
