This was a wonderful stay! The host was very responsive. She arranged a van to pick up our group of eight at the Santorini port. Her porter was right there to meet us and we were able to check in early.

Location, jacuzzi and ability to check in early. The host was responsive after arrival.
Poor wifi, key collection on arrival - we blindly let ourselves into the villa. Host did not respond to messages as there was a misunderstanding on their end resulting in a porter not meeting us on arrival and helping us bring luggage to the villa.

The house is huge - much bigger than we expected, with essentially a whole separate flat (including another kitchen!) above what would already be a large property. The view is incredible and the location is great - though be prepared for steps if you are heading into Fira!
Some minor issues checking out / confirming pickup time with the host but everything worked out 😊

So much to love about Astraea House!!! The location, the home itself, and THE VIEW. The staff was so helpful and friendly!
A short 15 min walk to the central Fira bus station, which will take you to any other major part of the island. Great food everywhere around, and a super great bookstore just a few feet from the front gate.
We stayed a few places on our Greece Vacation, and this place was on the top of our list of homes. If you're on the fence about staying here, just book it and take in THE VIEW.
