Great large property which is a 5 minute walk to centre of Fira town. Super clean and comfortable.
The property also are so helpful with recommendations for restaurants, activities and transportation.

The receptionist Dimitrious was incredibly helpful and friendly. He actually assisted my partner in helping propose to me (I didn’t know until afterwards of course) with arranging a taxi service and also giving him a great spot to pop the question. He also arranged a yacht tour for us which was an amazing experience. The room was so clean and we were provided with fresh towels every day. The location was also great with only a short walk to the centre of Fira. I cannot recommend this place enough and I would come back just for Dimitrious’ amazing service.

- It was very easy to schedule a taxi to take us from the ferry port directly to the accommodation. Our taxi driver was extremely friendly and kind. He took our luggage and delivered it to the suites for us.
- 2 small water bottles were provided each night.
- When we checked in, Dimitri, the receptionist, was very welcoming. We spent an extensive amount of time discussing the island and his recommendations (helpful map provided).
- Check-in: Dimitri was a bit condescending when we asked him certain questions (He was surprised I knew what a fava bean was.). He also made it a point to mention that he offers private tours and really tried to sell them to us, even after we told him we had already booked a non refundable boat tour with another company. He really discouraged us and put a damper on our first day on the island.
- The “Hot” Tub: The suites advertise a “private” hot tub. Each suite gets one, although it’s not private. Other guests can definitely see you and there aren’t water views.
- The tub also isn’t even hot. I would say it was a more of a lukewarm tub. The jets turn off every 3 minutes and there were a bunch of bugs in the tub.
- Bathroom: Our bathroom had a broken door knob and broken liquid soap dispenser.
- Room policies: The room keys have to be plugged into the unit for power, so it was always hot coming back to our suite. We also could not charge any electronics during the day.
- Service: We came back to our suite and found that our bath towels had not been replaced. We went to Dimitri to get new ones and he sighed and said that he needed 30 minutes to get them for us. We had dinner reservations, so he said that he would leave them in our room. Reception closes at 9pm and we got back to our room at 9:30pm, so we were stuck with dirty bath towels. That said, we did receive fresh towels the next day and the room was clean.
