The location was very nice and the apartment was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower nice and hot. Both the manager and cleaner were very helpful and friendly.
The lighting and decorations gave it a nice ambiance, and while we didn't use the patio area it was nice to have it available.
On our last morning, by no fault of the property, our bedroom flooded from rainwater and the manager was nice enough to arrange a free ride to the airport as compensation.
First of all the hot tubs were not hot at all and couldn't be used during chilly weather. We were very disappointed as I had picked this location and paid more than other places specifically to have use of a hot tub. The reasoning was that during cold weather the hot tubs were not able to keep up, but in my opinion they need to be upgraded as I have used hot tubs even in the snow. It would have been decent of them to tell me before I arrived the hot tubs weren't usable so I could have stayed somewhere else less expensive.
The kitchen, while in working order, lacked any basics such as oil, salt, pepper etc. There was one pot and pan and no chopping board or kitchen knife. It made it difficult to cook and inconvenient to have to purchase many basics for a short stay
