The property is centrally located in Fira with all amenities literally within a 5 minute walk. The property itself comprises of 2 great size bedrooms in the main building and then an annex with a separate bedroom and ensuite too. Front and back gardens with ample space means you can catch the sun at any point in the day and the host is very attentive and welcoming which made the stay even better.
The only thing and it is tiny, is that we stayed towards the end of the season and the way the villa is built with shade meant the pool was a bit cooler than anticipated; but it didn't stop us getting in.

Nikolaous was an exceptional host and left us lots of spoils.
We loved staying there and its location was excellent.
Extremely small kitchenette. Aircon system tricky to use with small living space and moving between inside and outside spaces

The villa is amazing, in a fabulous location and has plenty of room for 6 adults. The pool is fantastic and the outside area perfect for lounging and socialising. We loved it here and would come back.
It was perfect.

Great villa in great location, 2 minute walk and you are at the main street with restaurants and shops
Pool was out for maintenance, 3rd bedroom not in same building as 2 other rooms, didn't matter for us with older teens, but for a family with young kids not ideal.
