Casa Ginevra - Modern Design, King Bed & Terrace

We absolutely loved this property, definitely more than we needed for just two of us, we didn't cook but the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need, the bed is massive with a generous size wardrobe and sofa in the bedroom, and air con, the shutters are easy to work and keep the apartment nice and cool, the balcony looks over to other apartments but we honestly did not feel overlooked at all with a view of the beautiful mountains, close enough to Como centre just a ten minute walk but far enough that it was pleasantly quiet at night. The apartment was immaculate. The building very secure and safe. The only criticism I have and its only personal opinion, the water pressure in the shower was very low but so spacious and clean. The instructions were clear on how to self check in with pictures for reference. To summarise a brilliant apartment when We come back to Como we will definitely be booking again if it hasn't been snapped up.

I cant think of one thing I didn't like,

The apartment was quite new. Condition of the overall place was very nice and clean. Both beds were comfortable and very good natural lighting during the day They had perfect blackout blinds to avoid any sun light while ur asleep The location of the apartment is also very close to the train station. Not more than 5 to 7 min walk. Be prepared to walk with the luggage as it will be difficult to find a cab for this short distance AC was there in both rooms and very good cooling Had a washing machine so that was useful as we were on a long trip

Everything was good Only small issue we faced was that the room wasn't clean when we arrived at 4pm So had to contact the host/mgt company and they immediately sent some people. To clean the place. Maybe just a mix up but besides this all was perfect.
