The location, air con, room for 3
There was new cleaners so there was a mixup with keys and missing bed sheet because of them.

Such a comfortable and quiet place to stay in Como. Far enough from the busy tourist locations, but close enough to see Como. We loved coming back each day to make dinner and sit on the little patio. It was a cool place to be during exceptionally hot days in Italy.

Very nice clean and very comfortable bed , peaceful place very quiet the hosts was very nice very easy to check in and on the perfect spot close to the lake and city centre definitely come here again.
Nothing every was perfect for family or group or couple holidays stay
