Great stay Perfect location and immaculately clean Highly recommend Host was fantastic very amenable

Excellent location, short walk from all the major sights in Como about 3 blocks from the lake. It was relatively easy to find parking spots on the street very close to the apartment mostly 1 or 2 minute walk. (pro tip: download a parking app called EasyPark and you can pay for parking from your phone and also extend your parking remotely when needed. Parking is 1 Euro per hour from 8 AM to 7 PM and free after 7 PM, the app works all over Italy. It is very a convenient App). The paid street parking are marked in blue, there are some white marked spots which are always free parking but those are much harder to find. The apartment was super clean and well equipped. The apartment is located close to supermarkets and coffee shops. Directly underneath is one bread and pastry bakery that also serves coffee. about 20 meters away from the entry door is another pastry shop DolceAmo, which is the best pastry shop in town and you will stop in every time you pass it :) . Jacobo (sp??) met us at the apartment and was super helpful in every way possible. Highly recommended!!!

The apartment was excellent and there is nothing we did not like. It seems that they were planning to add a washing machine as the hookups are just outside the bathroom but there was no washing machine when we stayed. Maybe they have it but out for repair or maybe they were just planning to add it in the future. In any case, we did not need one nor expect one. Anyway great place that I would highly recommend
