Location and the fact it was secure.

The apartment was 5 stories up, and also had a great view of Napier city, and could see the see also.
Was very clean, well decorated and had everything one needs for a weekend away.
Plunger coffee and tea. Some milk in the fridge, A washing machine, dishwasher, etc.
Swipe fob access to the carpark, building and room. so felt very safe.
A full kitchen, so if you wanted to cook, you could.
All was very good.
Once small challenge was the wireless key fob readers were a little finicky, Sometimes took a couple of swipes to work, which it always did.

The owner is so nice! The place is very convenient. It has everything you need for your stay. No complaints at all! Worth booking again in the future
