Clean and modern facilities
We booked this property specifically to use the washer & dryer as we had been on a road trip for a week so we needed to get our laundry done. The Booking.com booking email (Contact) confirms the washer & dryer is included with the room rate but when we spoke to the owner she requested an additional fee of $10 per load to use the washing facilities. She blamed Booking.com for the error but as the property owner it is your responsibility to ensure your third party booking provider is sending the correct information to the customer.
