Napier Inner City Apartment - Napier Apartment

Spacious apartment. Lounge area is a good size. Plenty of windows with some view. Good kitchen and bathroom. The place is very secure also.

The location is great and the apartment has all facilities and plenty of space.

Arrival procedure is flawed. The address is actually 3 shakespeare Rd Mclean apartments. Also the email i recieved which said it had arrival details attached had none. I phoned the 0800 number and spoke to William at Batchcare but he just resent the same email. I told him we would arrive between 14.00 and 15.00 but he insisted on us arriving at 15.15. On arrival (The apartments have a private gated carpark which requires a fob to gain entry) we waited outside the gate till my wife spotted a lady inside the carpark and asked her if she was our host, we had already quizzed a couple of other people, fortunately she was ! She said she could have arrived earlier if she had known ! She gave us the fob and left quickly. All in all not the best way to greet guests. The apartment needs a clean, sticky cupboards and draws in the kitchen. Just a general feeling that a good clean throughout the place is needed.

Stay here twice a year, the space. location, lift, carpark - are reasons why. It can’t be beat.

It’s always a bit complicated contacting the booking company and not having contact details for the property manager.

Fantastic location, walking distance to main shopping, eateries, bars the Marine Parade, markets, beach activities. Safe parking and wonderful apartment.

There was nothing to not like.
