This little place was perfect for us. Wd had two night and the owner was extremely helpful on the phone as I had forgotten to find my email with instructions.
Perfect waterfront location. Couldn’t been better.
Only thing I add is upon arriving the outside presentation was misleading as it was an old tired looking weatherboard. But so clean and fresh inside. The exterior didn’t sell how good it was. Thank you sincerely for making us welcome

Very good location on ocean front and close to town facilities. Beds comfortable and 2 bedrooms so very spacious. New appliances incl washing machine.
Some issues we had. There was no sugar and the sugar bowl had salt in it which we found out the hard way. Street parking only. No manuals or instruction for the appliances - unable to use washing machine . Airconditioner controller not working properly if at all. There was no water at the sink until we investigated the plumbing under the sink and found how to turn it on. The fuse box above the bed in the second bedroom had no lid on it. The lounge suite was of average comfort.

Very good location, opposite the Aquarium. I got my 10K steps in walking to the CBD along the wonderful Napier beach front path. 34 degrees but thankfully there wss a good breeze.
Parking on the street right outside the front door.
It's half an old house so had some minor issues like ill fitting doors. Noisy Marine Parade on one side and the freight rail tracks on the other.
