"The beds were comfortable, with a separate toilet, a great shower, kitchen facilities and was able to do a quick load of washing and the usage of the dryer."

Lots of Space, very clean, fantastic water pressure and heat in the shower, bed was very firm, Fantastic cafe on corner of street "Puawai" i think the name was. Only contact with staff was a text with arrival details
the outside area was a little run down and off putting, sofa and dining room furniture a little average. Couldnt find an ironing board but managed.

Needs a bit more in depth cleaning, lacked a coffee pot. Lacked enough kitchen wears. Didn’t get check info until 30 minutes prior to check in time
