Lots of Space, very clean, fantastic water pressure and heat in the shower, bed was very firm, Fantastic cafe on corner of street "Puawai" i think the name was. Only contact with staff was a text with arrival details

the outside area was a little run down and off putting, sofa and dining room furniture a little average. Couldnt find an ironing board but managed.

A lovely cosy little property. Had everything we needed for a 3 night stay.

The beds were comfortable, with a separate toilet, a great shower, kitchen facilities and was able to do a quick load of washing and the usage of the dryer.

Convenient with self check ins, nice and central. Heat pump was nice

Sofa bed was horribly uncomfortable, not even enough sheets/bedding to make it up properly, glad I brought a blanket with me and could have heater going in the night. Bathroom had no hand towel and only 2 wash cloths, not ideal for 4 people Kitchen didn't even 4 of everything, spoons, drinking glasses only 3. No tea towels so couldn't dry any dishes. No ovenmits which we realized after we had cooked something in there. No cleaning spray which I thought would be a basic so I can clean bench between uses.
