My beautiful home in the heart of Napier. 10 minute walk to town and 3 minutes to the beach and the Marine Parade. 3 double bedrooms and a lovely private and fully enclosed back garden. Oozing with character and charm, the villa is over 100 years old and has been modernised in all the right ways. Perfect for families or groups looking for a fun weekend away in sunny HB.

Location was great. House and outdoor area was perfect for what we needed. Kitchen had all supplies. Check in was super easy and organised. My expectations were exceeded - property much better and rooms bigger than they looked online. So really really happy!I am def keen to return (as i visit Napier annually) and highly recommend this hone as a great place to stay

The home is as described but photos strategically hide neighboring properties which are run down and quite questionable. 15-20 minute walk to town. Beach nearby (and everywhere in Napier) is rocky and not get for lounging.
