New, 2nd bathroom, indoor outdoor flow, kitchen
A few basics weren’t supplied, kitchen & bathroom consumables.
Bbq was dirty, went on fire when we used it

The proximity to family Christmas in Te Awa - brilliant location, nice and roomy, comfy and cooling system worked really well on hot days. Would certainly like to stay again if a discount for just 2 adults in future :-)
Only 1 key and no garage remote that we could find, no instructions for dishwasher or tv, some stuff in pantry past use by date, wardrobe doors were already off rollers in hall and 2nd bedroom, curtain controller in main bedroom already inoperative ... all minor and did not lessen the excellence of our stay

Location, how comfortable the house was, beds very comfy, the BBQ, internal access garage. House photos on listing doesn’t do it justice.
