Beautifully decorated in the Art Deco Style. Very friendly hosts. We are pleasantly surprised by the supply of a large fruit bowl & breakfast cereals.

Loved the bungalow 1930s design & collectibles for this era…interesting reading about the earthquake & rebuild of the town. Good wifi.
No tv or radio…being on my own was too quiet but was able to listen to podcasts & music. Pillows were rather lumpy & too soft however bed was comfortable.

We really enjoyed experiencing even more the Napier Art Deco style by staying in this appartment and enjoying all the wonderful elements there.
Everything was made for us to be comfortable, with the bed being especially comfortable and even breakfast options provided.
Finally, the place was easy to check in and check out from, we had very fluid communication with our wonderful host.

The room was lovely, The bed was nice and big, room was warm with the heat pump. Plenty of room, great shower, all the essentials in the kitchen. Laurie met us at the door and showed us what was there, a great host. There was fresh fruit, tea, coffee, assorted cereals. Place was done up like it was in the 30's. So if you want a tv, you're out of luck as they were not around then. We were not there to watch tv. It was a great place to come back to to sleep. We spent the rest of the time out and about.
There was nothing not to like.
