Perfect location for exploring the SW Coast Path which was our main reason for choosing. Excellent use of space, accommodating all our needs! Clean, host was very helpful and friendly, very close to pubs and cafes. Just perfect for what we wanted! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Excellent location, ideal for singles or couples walking the South West Cost Path, the path goes past the accommodation. Room was very well presented, clean and had everything you needed. Would stay again.

The house is practically right on the beach, with lovely ocean views from the window. You can enjoy beautiful sunsets directly from the house, the beach, or by taking a short walk (about 10 minutes) up the hill for breathtaking panoramic views. There is a private entrance via the balcony, which is also a great spot to sit outside and enjoy a glass of wine in the fresh air. The accommodation is very clean and cosy, and it has absolutely everything you might need for a comfortable stay, all thoughtfully provided by the hosts. The bathroom is spacious, with a large shower. There is also a grocery shop just a 3-minute walk away, as well as a Chinese takeaway (with pre-order or delivery options). The location is very convenient for exploring Cornwall, being within about an hour’s drive of both the westernmost and southernmost coasts. A lovely extra touch was the welcome scones with jam and clotted cream, as well as milk in the fridge.

We liked everything overall — just a few minor points to mention. Washing up is a bit inconvenient, but as the accommodation isn’t really designed for more extensive cooking, it wasn’t a major issue. The balcony has no wind protection, so it’s not very usable in cold windy weather. The lack of a dedicated parking space could be an issue in peak season (though we personally had no problems).
