Clean & comfortable Bed & Bath

Pam is a lovely host. I had the single room with a double bed and my own bathroom next door. (Not an ensuite). My room had its own TV. Everything was spotlessly clean. Small but nice conservatory in the rear for breakfast (continental style). Convenient to the train station. Taxi fare was about 5.5 pounds.

I have mobility issues so the walkway grade up to the house and the stairs inside were a challenge. It would be a long uphill walk from the train station. Pam did not hear the doorbell when I got home at night (latest was 8:30 pm), so I had to knock on the lounge window. This is her private home and I felt like I was intruding sometime.

Great Place, friendly host, very clean, beautiful dining room and delicious breackfast. Very nice experience overall.

It's quite confusing when choosing a place, there is no information about the hours you are welcome to stay. I'll tell you here: check in is 17:00 - 20:00 and you are expected to be away by 10:00 am. Also, if you're noisy or like to come back to the place after 10:00pm it might be not for you.

So comfortable and convenient for hospital early morning appointment.

Great location for hospital and town. Spar shop close by. Nearby golf club. Down a cul-de-sac off a side street. Quiet. Host very accommodating. Parking on street side, opposite accommodation's drive. Very clean. Very very comfortable bed! Didn't do breakfast but served in dining area n choices looked good. TV decent size too. Pam gave me an early morning knock as requested.

I think this is the best value for money stay in Truro!

It was a simple one course breakfast but ample as far as I am concerned. Pam is an excellent host and well organised. All that was needed was available. Freesh milk on arrival and a mini fridge were just some of the nice touches. A very comfortable stay indeed.

Paceful and quiet room to pernoctate.

Pam is an excellent host, she is kind and respecful. She sets very clear basic rules for the staying. For me it was a good, paceful place to rest after an intense journey at the school. Pam cares about your well-being, the room and bathroom are spotless and the house and neighbourhood are quiet and safe. There is a chippy around the corner, a pub down by the road, and a Sainsbury's not too far.

The desk and chair in the room wasn't perfect for my homework but I managed. The timing to get in and out of the property could be an inconvenient if you go only for pleasure and you would want to take a nap at midday. In all fairness, the main intention to take the room was to pernoctate, and it is very clear from the moment you take the reservation.

Perfect for the single traveler a great base camp for your adventures in Cornwall

Spotless, everything you need, great Wi-Fi , lovely owner. Warm and comfortable bed with ample pillows(like new) Great TV and loads of storage. Price is very competitive

No hot food for breakfast ie bacon, eggs but toast and a great selection of fruit and cereals and real coffee.
