    Had a great night stay at the Donnington. Very friendly staff helped us to our room. The room was lush, very clean and uncluttered. TV had a DVD player built in and there was a good selection of DVDs to choose from on the landing. Our stay was very relaxing and enjoyable.

    Arrived to find that the water had been contaminated but they had not advised us in advance. They did provide bottled water but they were suspect as well. the hotel was dirty. Our stay included breakfast but we did not eat there. Our room was dirty and very noisy. the bed was a small double. We found out that the hotel was closing in a few weeks for refurbishment, again we did not know this before we booked. I wouldnt recommend this hotel

    Good location, very good room size. However carpet are old, walls, windows etc need refurbished. Breakfast is okay but good management may avoid long queues
