Great location to where I wanted to be. Lovely spacious and clean room. Luggage was stored until we were ready to leave
Requested early check in at 11am as suggested but nothing was available. We'd arrived at 7am and wandered around until 11am. Wed flew over early hours. The team member watched my 9 year old daughter cry because she was that tired, she fell asleep on the chair in lobby and didn't offer us a room until an hour before our origional check in time at 3pm and was still charged extra.

The staff were generally helpful and cheerful
The location felt unsafe - I think more security is needed. Asked for a room clean during a 6 night stay and the bed sheets were not changed.
