    This hotel was clean and spacious. A one bedroom unit fit three adults comfortably using the sofa bed. The staff were always helpful, unlike their AI chatbot which consistently gave incorrect answers. I would very happily stay there again.

    Non of my requests I asked for during my booking was avalable when I arrived and at the property they told me they didn't get any request regarding my booking and nothing they can do about it because they are fully booked although I did my reservation about 2 weeks before and during the day of my arrival I saw many check ins after me The unit I got was in the first floor see nothing but an ugly wall the room was missing many things and if you need anything you have to go downstairs to ask reception or send a message, next morning it was Sunday about 7:30 Am I woke up on many different repeated noises from every direction, corridor, next door and of course from the street

    Apartment was in a separate building from reception area. Right next to travelodge. Travelodge building was identical. Had to walk through back alley to get to door and alley had a few people sitting out there at all hours. Location was okay
