It’s great to have a space to cook and prep food.. very grateful. A kettle and a toaster added to the homely touch and this place also threw in a coffee machine… what an enjoyable stay for 4 days…. Thank You
PS… bed very comfy although the pillows were a bit too high and firm

Stay here quite a bit when I'm at gigs in the city or just decide last min to stay out on a late one! Location is brilliant, alway a reasonable price too and the hotel itself is very modern. Staff are very nice and facilities are perfect. Couldn't recommend it enough.

The room was very large with the kitchen area (we didn't use it though). Some of the sights we wanted to see were about a 15 minute walk, so that was a downside. Parking isn't cheap in the area either so if you're driving you'll want to keep that in mind.
The area felt safe with a Tesco 1 minute walk away.

Location - near Trinity college (5min walk). Streets around hotel become kinda dark in evenings. Did not feel safe but that perhaps is just Dublin in general at night.
Need a good 15min walk to Grafton shopping street and another 15 to OConnel street.
Best thing is the bakery next to the hotel.. amazing breads.
Room - generally good room with sufficient size for two adults. Toilet is small and water pressure isn't that great.
Service - pretty good service. Had to go on a tour very early next day and they ensured hot breakfast was served earlier than normal for us at 6 am. NO housekeeping though... need extra charge for that. The lifts were slow and one evening, one of the lifts broke down so we had to use stairs... with luggage. Lucky we were on second floor.
