The host was simply exceptional. She was responsive, thoughtful, and wonderful to talk to. She not only made sure I had everything I needed, but also went above and beyond introducing me to traditional British cuisine and food culture. The house is extremely clean. The bed is super comfortable. I also had the convenience of using the kitchen and the washing machine. I thoroughly enjoyed my six-day stay (despite that it was during a heat wave!) and would recommend this place to anyone looking for superb value and comfort.

Unbelievable value for money , host was so kind and couldn't do enough for us . The home was lovely and clean and all the amenities you would expect and exceeded expectations! Location is great as well just outside reading near Shinfield studios and reading.

The house was spotlessly clean and the room had all the facilities I needed - including a kettle and tea/coffee/ internet, TV, desk etc. The host was lovely and welcoming. A really lovely stay - will definitely book again.
