The presentation of the property from the outside was not good. The window treatments in the ground floor room had raggedy settings and the front door was black out. I was very concerned that I had been scammed into staying at a drug den

We had a very pleasant stay. The location is excellent and very central, with the university within easy walking distance, which was perfect for our visit. Check-in was smooth and uncomplicated, and the neighborhood was very quiet despite the central location. The only minor downside was that it became quite hot inside during the heat wave, but otherwise everything was great. We would definitely stay here again.

The bedsheets need replacing. There wasn’t very clean and they were bubbly and I couldn’t get good night sleep. I actually didn’t sleep at all. I’ve heard that the facilities were fantastic. Everything you could need in there. Just need to replace the tiles in the bathroom is now swelling damp, mouldy where the cracks are in the floor and in the bathroom and the sink
Had everything you could need it was fantastic other than that absolutely fantastic a lot more than I expected just a shame the bed was so poor!
