Clean, quiet, comfortable, in a reasonable distance from the centre.

The property has a stressful check-in process where you need to operate a digital system which you were not instructed to operate.

Nice property, excellent location, well organised set up

Location is extremely convenient as is the general set up. Very clean and tidy, a home away from home

For me the mattress was way too soft and the motion detecting floodlight aimed at the courtyard and the front door was about as much use as a chocolate fireguard, making seeing the electronic door keypad almost impossible to see and use.

Amazing cozy stay

Cosy, nice beds, I like security and ease of check in, love the TV in the bedroom, good temperature. The lamps with the usb charging was a life saver as I only had a usb and not a plug for charging

The shower was a bit confusing, I wasn't sure how to use the rainfall shower so I only used the handheld. The upstairs toilet is quite weak, I always had to flush twice. I was struggling to find what breakfast options existed apart from the toast, but I maybe wasn't looking hard enough! Also had to open the window mid sleep as it got too hot at one point but wasn't too bad. It was still a perfect stay :)

That that bathroom was shared with other 3 rooms and it was not mentioned in the add. Also, from a security perspective it was not up to standard, due to the rooms door not locking.

Lovely clean space

The walls and floors of this accommodation are paper thin and thus every step, every door opened is LOUD ! If you’re a light sleeper, and the other residents are on a different schedule you WILL hear it. I had to get ear plugs to sleep the second night. You can hear the other residents in their room, in the bathroom, going up and down the stairs. I could hear room 1 on the phone, watching Netflix and plugging stuff into sockets. If you book all 3 rooms might not be so bad but if you book 1 room please prepare yourself. Lovely clean rooms, quiet street but would not recommend due to the noisy interior.

Great value stay

Good location, clean, lots of communal space, free parking, great value.

Two other guests sat in the living room under our bedroom talking and watching tv from 2am until 6am. Not the fault of the host but maybe some signage to make people aware that other guests are in the property. We didn't need the heating on either.

The accommodation was in a nice quiet street and was spacious and clean. It was great to have a lounge to sit in . The garden is a bit of an eyesore and some kind of coffee making stuff (cafetière or machine) would have been great. The bedroom was good - comfy bed ! There is a lot of the owners stuff around - would prefer not to have so much stuff everywhere but not a big deal.

A Very good place to stay in Reading

This property is very close to the town center, Reading West Rail Station and Central Reading station. They keep the share spaces clean and tidy. Provides complementary breakfast. They have a personal car park. The owner Sherry is a liberal and guest friendly lady. She allowed me to leave my luggage twice for both legs of my stays. Sherry is prompt in responding.

The Washing machine facility is not available in this property.

Considering that the police arrived searching after the man who was staying in the next room who went hiding inside the house and his partner admitting to the police she was doing drugs and lying about the whereabouts of her partner who was next to her a minute before the police arrived, I would say this place is dreadful.
