The owner excused for the mishap - a leak in the room we booked and offered us an alternative - her own bedroom in her own flat, also gave us tea. She was very hospitable and we slept very well. We'll sure recommend her.
When we arrived at the property we could not get in. We did not get the key code. I could not contact the owner because of the bad mobile reception in the area. After 2 attempts to get the customer service, they managed to contact the owner who came to meet me and showed us in, offered tea and because it was not possible to use the room we booked, she offered to accommodate us in her own flat in Henley instead.

Location was excellent with a bus stop nearby and only 20-30min walk into city centre.
Shared kitchen with other people had everything we could have needed.
The lady is charge was absolutely lovely, checked in frequently and accommodated us (within reason) the best she could.
