Un raport calitate preț ok. Apartamentul într-o zonă foarte bună, cu un Carrefour la colțul blocului și centrul comercial Orhideea la 5 minute. De asemenea, faptul că există câteva parcări pe aproape (atât cu plată cât și fără plată) și stația de metrou Grozăvești, stație de troleibuz aproape (stația Atanase Stoicescu), tramvai aproape, parcul Politehnicii, parcul Crângași etc etc nu reprezintă decât un plus valoare.
Nu pot spune că există chestii care să nu-mi fi plăcut.

Locatia, foarte buna, acces usor la metrou , magazine si statie de autobuz
Din punct de vedere al curateniei si igienei nu a fost conform standardelor , praf nesters, pet uri in tava de cuptor, par si necuratat pe jos, vase murdare in dulapiri, frigider (congelator) murdar, sapun si detergent de vase diluat cu apa, toaleta si capacul necuratate...
