A most excellent location, within a short walk to AFI Mall (one of, if not the biggest one in RO, complete with IMAX and restaurants and groceries). It has indeed the "retro Communism era design" (which i knew, i was born and raised not very far away from it in a very similar apartment :P)

Velmi dobrá lokalita, velmi výhodná cena, na velké stáří bytu a stáří vybavení pěkně čisto a upraveno, nádherné retro domácí vybavení bytu ( krom gauče a křesílek v obýváku, které sice stylově sedí a doplňují pěkný dojem, ale jsou velmi nepohodlné a nepoužitelné na spaní ).
Velmi, velmi nepohodlná křesílka a gauč v obýváku pro spaní páté osoby a dalších. Nepřipravené povlečení pro třetí a další osoby, museli jsme hledat po bytě a připravit. V noci při stoupnutí tlaku v systému začala protékat studená voda v kuchyni a vydávat podivné zvuky. Teplá voda tekla spíše vlažná.

L'emplacement est impeccable. L'appartement est vaste, accueillant, propre.
Il manquait quelques petites choses dans la cuisine pour faire le repas ( passoire à pâtes, torchons, fourchettes, tasses) et pour manger à 6 la table est un peu petite.

Struttura esterna molto accogliente, casa semplice ma provvista di tutto. Posizionata vicino ad un grande centro commerciale.
Posizione un pò lontana dal centro. I letti erano completamente sfondati e anche il bagno mancava di qualche accortezza.
