Ultracentral Cozy Apartment on Calea Victoriei with Amazing View

Location was great and the owner was very hospitable. We checked in a bit sooner than stated without any issues.

Was a bit small for 7 of us but it was all ok.

The place is a bit out of the historic city center, but in 15 min walk/5 min bus you are in the heart of bucharest. When we arrived (7 people) it was clean and all beds were already prepared The wi fi was working properly and the solution was perfect for our needs in bucharest.

The apartament is a bit old, even if at first sight it is well mantained. One problem were the 2 additional small beds (we needed them since we were 7), which were quite unconfortable and also not in a good state, so I suggest to change them Additional suggestion: provide one or two additional towels (we had 7) to use one as footpad to avoid spreading water in the bathroom when using bathtub

The property’s location is perfect. I managed to book it with a small discount so the price was also an advantage.

We travelled in November. When we arrived there was no heating and no hot water which we immediately reported to the owner. Owner replied quickly but did not help, so we stayed (luckily only one night) without shower. We also took another duvet to survive in the cold apartment. The owner replied that he will contact the administrator, but never came back to us after. It might be because that was already after 21:00 when we arrived, but it felt really bad that the owner didnt even apologize about the situation. Other than that the apartment itself is huge and has its own beautiful atmosphere (super high ceilings), but unfortunately everything seemed dirty (sofa, chairs, curtains are with stains). Kitchen didnt have many supplies for cooking, there were 2 frying pans that are ruined (teflon is almost non-existent and unsafe for cooking). I travelled with my mom and we felt uncomfortable (which is too bad since the apartment could have been so cozy and pretty if it was taken care of).
