Foarte cochet și confortabil. Personal foarte amabil și receptiv. Am fost așteptate cu paturile făcute întrucât ajungeam mai târziu. Foarte curat! Dotat cu aproape tot ce era nevoie.

N-aș spune că nu mi-a plăcut ceva, dar mi-ar fi plăcut să existe un cuptor cu microunde și o oală mai mică sau un ibric în plus și o lavetă. Dar nu pot spune că nu am avut tot ce ne trebuie.

A lovely little apartment in a convenient location for sightseeing. Well equipped kitchen (oven & hob, microwave, fridge freezer). Nice well thought through decor. Beautiful entrance hall.

Brilliant location, friendly staff

We were there for 8 nights with 3 small children. Asked for a cot and was told it would be in the room but the sofa bed was prepared instead (not suitable for a 2yo - had to make arrangements myself to borrow a cot from relatives) Reported a couple of maintenance and cleanliness issues on the day of arrival but not much was done about it, if any. The bathroom extractor fan had about 1cm of dust on it, there was a leaking radiator in the bathroom (floor in front of the toilet was wet most of the time creating a slip hazard for the little ones) , no tub stopper (had to get creative and repurpose the sink stopper to try and give the kids a bath). All reported and acknowledged by staff but nothing sorted. Not major issues but annoying. The major issue, reported numerous times was that the water in the bathtub was "yellow". Was asked to run the water for 10-15 min but that didn't solve the issue. Reported it again and was told that the building administrator will look into it... No resolution. Had to bath the kids in my mother's house throughout the stay which made everything challenging (if you ever traveled with a 7yo,4yo and a 2yo you know exactly what I'm talking about. All in all disappointed that nothing was done. It's a pity because the location is ideal and staff are pleasant.
