The location, right across the street from the train station. There is a supermarket under the same building. Easy check in with the lockbox. Host is very helpful and understanding.

It is not a big issue but there is no sink in the kitchen. Also, if more utensils are added to the kitchen, it would be better.

Perfect location. A simple and clean studio in a block of flats. All facilities, towels, even kettle, cooker, dishwasher, air conditioner. Grocery stores at the ground floor.

Wi-fi needs improved.

The accommodation is in a perfect location for travelers. It’s right next to the Gara de Nord train station, and there’s a supermarket in the same building, so it’s ideal if you need groceries or anything else.

The owner of the property was friendly and very helpful. Having air conditioning in the room made our holiday pleasant. The temperature reached 35-36 degrees Celsius. The AC saved our holiday. The washing machine was very useful & needed.

When i arrived there was only a pillow /person present on the bed. This made me feel unwanted. I contacted the owner of the flat informing me there is an additional pillow in the cupboard. Although it solved the problem i would have liked to see both pillows on the bed. The sofa lacked any cushions making that area unusable. We did not have clothes hangers despite the fact that there was a wardrobe and 2 females were using the flat. There was no iron or iron board present in the flat either. These were provided at a later date. There were no cooking utensils (spatulas or more than one knife) and no bathroom bin. There is no sink in the kitchen so we had to use the bathroom sink. There were alercation between neighbours (may be) for there was a lot of screaming on the common staircase/hall until 1-2 am and the following morning making the experience a bit traumatic.
