Чисте, пахуче помешкання. Є в наявності необхідний посуд, чайник, мікрохвильова піч, холодильник, фен, праска, зубні щітки, гелі, рушники. Wi-Fi працює добре. Поруч є магазини, кавʼярні, залізничний вокзал, метро. Кінцева зупинка автобусів з Одеси близько. Рекомендую. Уважно читайте інструкцію господаря, швидко потрапите в помешкання.
Підніматися треба на 3 поверх, а не 2 поверх. Так і не зрозуміли, як користуватися ліфтом. Табличка з написом підʼїзду вгорі, спочатку не помітили. Підʼїзди треба рахувати від вокзалу.

Locatia foarte aproape de Gara, salteaua foarte confortabila (ma gandeam ca n-o sa ma pot odihni pentru ca am schimbat salteaua, dar n-am avut nicio problema, am dormit "like a baby". Apartamentul e foarte curat, calduros, cu centrala proprie. Foarte multumit din punctul asta de vedere.
Cum au mai scris si altii, scara blocului arata deplorabil, dar in ciuda aparentelor de la intrarea in scara, apartamentul e exact opusul.
Un alt aspect ar fi tavanul din baie, care intr-o zona incepe sa se coșcovească varul, probabil din caiza aburului de-a lungul timpului.

Clean, had the basic amenities that one might need, close to the train station, which was our main goal. It was very y easy to find as well, don’t understand the comments stating otherwise.
