Superbly central location, directly across the road from the Gara de Nord main station. Entry and lift (elevator) are a little tired, but the flat itself was immaculate, though rather small. Fine for 1 person, but 2 might find things rather too cosy. Kitchen area is very confined, but everything you might reasonably need was on hand. Wifi was excellent.
There was nothing I positively disliked, but it is a small flat, so be aware.

Good location. Kitchen was well equipped.
Broken washing machine which just wet the clothes partially and did nothing else. Owner suggested to try different things. All failed because the machine itself is broken. Needs to be replaced.
