Φωτεινός χώρος με άνετο τεράστιο κρεβάτι! Πρακτικό όσον αφορά τα κουζινικά για μαγείρεμα και τα σκεύη γενικότερα! Ζεστό νερό από θερμοσίφωνα πάρα πολύ καλό! Διαθεσιμα αφρόλουτρα για το μπάνιο. Καθαρές πετσέτες. Θα το προτιμούσα ξανά!
Είχε γενικά πολύ υγρασία ο χώρος, ειδικά μετά την χρήση του μπάνιου. Το κλιματιστικό όσο και να δούλευε, για την υγρασία δεν ήταν αποτελεσματικό. Αλλά και για την θέρμανση ίσα που επαρκούσε. Οι πετσέτες σώματος ήταν σχετικά μεσαίου μεγέθους και δεν κάλυπταν όλο το σώμα, τουλάχιστον για έναν άνδρα. Το χερούλι στην πόρτα του μπάνιου θέλει προσοχή-επιδιόρθωση διότι με τα «άνοιξε-κλείσε» έφευγε από την θέση του και καθιστά επικίνδυνη μια κατάσταση εάν συμβεί από μέσα με κλειστή πόρτα με άτομο μέσα.

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, ιδιωτικό και απόλυτα ήσυχο κατάλυμα για τα δεδομένα της Αθήνας. Καθαρό και λειτουργικό. Ιδανικό για ζευγάρι και για πολυήμερη διαμονή, διαθέτει αρκετούς χώρους αποθήκευσης (ευρύχωρη ντουλάπα, πολλαπλά συρτάρια). Σχετικά καλά εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, μπορεί κανείς να μαγειρέψει άνετα το φαγητό του.
Το μέγεθος του ψυγείου είναι περιοριστικό (τύπου mini bar).

There was no breakfast. Some bananas and bottles of water were left in the fridge for us. There were a few problems on arrival, the bathroom door handle came off in our hand, the windows were difficult to open and shut, there were no slippers , all these were however quickly rectified by the owner. Best part for us was the location as it was just a moments walk from my mums flat. The area is good and the location of the flat very quiet as it was not in the main block but around the corner on the ground floor. Felt secure and safe. The street became flooded and turned into a river during a torrential downpour on Christmas Eve , fortunately we could avoid if we walked all around the block.
The main issue was trying to keep the flat warm and dry. The heating was via an air con unit. The bathroom floor flooded every time we used the shower (due to the open shower/ no shower tray / wet room situation) and the towels just did not dry due to no heated towel rail or radiator so we were using very damp towels every day. Not sure how this could be avoided but in guess in the summer you can possibly leave them outside to dry in the sun but there was no balcony or line to do this in winter. Also one plug socket in the kitchen area meant you could not use multiple appliances at the same time.
