Modern fully-equipped house, 5 min walk from metro

metro, supermarket, restaurants, ATM within few minutes walk. Very convenient and quiet location.

Although there is a parking place that belongs to the apartment, but not in use.

Very nice affordable location for a city trip to Athens. Metro nearby with cheap tickets for the entire day, about 30 minutes metro trip to the center. We made a mistake with our booking regarding the amount of bedsheets we needed, which was resolved in a speedy manner. There is free parking on the streets in the neighborhood, there are not a lot of free spaces in the street but you should always be able to find something nearby. Keep in mind that most stores, restaurants and supermarkets in this area are closed on Sunday.

It was very nice to have a spacious and peaceful apartment as a base for travel and work while in Athens for over a week. All the facilities were good, and grocery stores and train stations were within easy walking distance.

The biggest problem was mostly our fault -- we misunderstood the heating system in the apartment and only discovered the solution on the last day. :( It was bitterly cold in Athens, with snow, and we were not warm enough the entire week. Of course, this is such an unusual situation that it won't apply to most travelers. However, the instructions/manual in the house really do need to be updated! It did not apply to the equipment in that specific apartment. The only other small thing to mention is that there wasn't a lot of closet space to put away our clothes.

Τα παπλώματα δεν έχουν πλυθεί ποτέ, ήταν κίτρινα από την βρωμια. Η κουρτίνα της μπανιέρας ήταν απαράδεκτα βρωμικη Ο κήπος ήταν βρώμικος κ το μπάνιο χρειάζεται καλύτερη φροντίδα. Το συνεργείο κάνει την καθαριότητα σε μισή ώρα!!!! Ήμουν εκεί κ το είδα!
