Posizione, vicina al centro di Chalandri e ben servita dai mezzi pubblici.
Unico difetto è che non esiste nessuna segnalazione del B&B esterna al palazzo, nessuna targa. Devi entrare dentro il giardino di una casa per accedere al portone, con il box esterno per le chiavi, anche qui senza nessuna segnalazione o targa.
