Καθαριότητα, τοποθεσία, ησυχία, δωρεάν χώρος στάθμευσης, άριστη επικοινωνία και εξυπηρέτηση από τον ιδιοκτήτη. Αρκετά ικανοποιητικό το κρεβάτι και το στρώμα.
Είναι παλιό, χρειάζεται ανακαίνιση, πολύ βασικές παροχές στην κουζίνα, η οποία είναι πολύ μικρή, όπως και το μπάνιο. Ο φωτισμός είναι ανεπαρκής, χρειάζεται ενίσχυση. Ανύπαρκτη διακόσμηση, παλιά έπιπλα.

Πολύ καλή επιλογή για διαμονή στην Αγία Παρασκευή. Η τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική, πάνω στη Μεσογείων, απέναντι από το Δημαρχείο, με εύκολο πάρκινγκ, κοντά σε όλα και πολύ βολική πρόσβαση στο μετρό. Το σπίτι έχει τεράστια βεράντα, κάτι που το κάνει ακόμα πιο άνετο και ευχάριστο. Με ένα μικρό φρεσκάρισμα στα χρώματα θα γίνει ακόμα καλύτερο, αλλά αν οι τιμές μείνουν σε αυτό το επίπεδο, είναι πραγματικά best value for money. Θα το ξαναεπέλεγα.

Η τοποθεσία ειναι εξαιρετική ακριβώς δίπλα στην κεντρική πλατεία της Αγίας Παρασκευής με εύκολη πρόσβαση στα μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς. Ο οικοδεσπότης ειναι ευγενέστατος και εξυπηρετικος, δίνοντας σαφείς οδηγίες.
Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στον τελευταίο όροφο μιας οικοδομής με επαγγελματικους χώρους, ειναι ουσιαστικά αυτό που λεει και το όνομα της, ενα loft, σε καμία περίπτωση luxury όμως. Πρέπει κατά την γνώμη μου να γίνουν σοβαρές εργασιες συντήρησης στον χώρο προκειμένου να φιλοξενεί κόσμο. Υγρασίες στους τοίχους με σοβάδες έτοιμους να πέσουν καθιστούν τον χώρο κάθε άλλο παρά luxury. Το μπάνιο χρίζει άμεσης ανακαίνισης.
