Η τοποθεσία ειναι εξαιρετική ακριβώς δίπλα στην κεντρική πλατεία της Αγίας Παρασκευής με εύκολη πρόσβαση στα μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς. Ο οικοδεσπότης ειναι ευγενέστατος και εξυπηρετικος, δίνοντας σαφείς οδηγίες.
Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στον τελευταίο όροφο μιας οικοδομής με επαγγελματικους χώρους, ειναι ουσιαστικά αυτό που λεει και το όνομα της, ενα loft, σε καμία περίπτωση luxury όμως. Πρέπει κατά την γνώμη μου να γίνουν σοβαρές εργασιες συντήρησης στον χώρο προκειμένου να φιλοξενεί κόσμο. Υγρασίες στους τοίχους με σοβάδες έτοιμους να πέσουν καθιστούν τον χώρο κάθε άλλο παρά luxury. Το μπάνιο χρίζει άμεσης ανακαίνισης.

Balcony good size
Some of the appliances need to be updated, kettle was stained I never used it although I have instant coffee every morning.
The facilities are at the stage that need to be updated, painted etc

perfect location, the loft is very convenient and comfortable. Huge terrasse as well. We recommend it!!
little bit noisy sometimes during the night but it’s normal because of the location
