Fantastic comfortable 1 bed apartment very close to the Pavilion and the Lanes and the beachfront. Well equipped and immaculate. Toiletries in the bathroom were appreciated. Lovely hot shower. Owners were lovely and responded quickly to any queries before and during our stay.
There was a bit of noise outside but we were there on Friday and Saturday night so it wasn’t a big surprise. It was the price for proximity to the places we wanted to see. I used my earplugs but it was quiet by midnight.

Good facilities ,well stocked kitchen, pretty much everything you need . Location is very good . The owner was excellent dealing with a couple of issues .easy to contact .
Oven wasn't working but this was sorted the same day . WiFi can be slow so TV buffered .

Great host! Very CLEAN and Spacious flat over looking BTF Pavilion Gdns! All amenities needed..I'd have liked a fan but neither here nor there! Very secure building!..We stayed 6 nights and v happy!Lift to Floor 1 didn't work ..I found that the only problem as I walk with frame!But highly recommend!..Nb I didn't mention that to host..I'm sure he'd have sorted it! Very central property off North St..Shops..lanes and pier! Brilliant TYSM! :)) May Weather fantastic too! Beds most comfy I've slept in AGES! :))
