Clear communication before arriving, pin for the front door received night before i arrived. Was able to stay with Mrs and baby, plenty of room to spare, didn't even use the spare roof room. Could have 4 stay here easily. Kitchen loaded with everything needed, except a microwave. Beach just down the road. Various places to eat and drink near by within minutes walk. Just plan parking before arriving by finding on street or booking via a parking app in advanced.

The location was excellent,it was close to the beach and all amenities,bit noisy at night and early morning.
The spiral staircase was very inconvenient as no toilet on ground floor and quite frankly would put me off staying here again,definitely not suitable for all.It was very narrow and a little unstable.
