It was one of the cheapest options I had, so I didnt have high expectations in the first place. But no wifi, and when enquired the owner would emphasise that it’s something they offer for free not our “right”. I never insisted or complained, I really needed to use the wifi, I booked the room because it was stated wifi was available. So I only asked when it could be fixed!! Their attitude was not ideal and I felt bad. Plus the room and the bathroom is not clean clean, it’s just okay-clean. I’ve been in the room while the cleaner came to clean the bathroom and other rooms and it was done very quickly, which tells the result

Everything was wonderful with my 2 night stay.
I don't think this lovely place can be beaten in Brighton for price along with quality/cleanliness to match.
The hosts are kind and responsive. Everything is well cared for and safe.
It's such a great location too and a stone's throw from Kemptown with it's gorgeous coffee shops and independent shops with friendly people.

Very good place, I would just have preferred the description of my room to say clearly that bathroom and toilets would be shared with a few other rooms. Otherwise very nice stay
