Location was perfect for conference centre, seafront and restaurants. It was quiet too
The steps within the room were a little dangerous, mirror in bathroom too high for short people

Amazing location, right near the conference centre and 5 minute walk to The Lanes. Bed was comfy and all the amenities needed in the kitchen. Hot shower and enough towels. Sofa and TV set up was nice and chilled
The front door was ill fitted which meant when the wind blew or someone opened the main door onto the street, it would move and make a banging noise. Kept us up for many hours in the night and no way to fix it. Very disturbing sleep. The fridge was more like a freezer and we had to defrost food before cooking it and the cooker fan seriously needs cleaning. The fridge and cooker are minor points but the door was ludicrous.

Small studio but very practical.
Hobs, kettle, toaster and more.
Large tv.
The bed in room 8 dips and appears to be broken.
The bath mat was placed on the open toilet, both the lid and seat were up which doesn’t seem very hygienic even if the toilet has been cleaned.
Light switch turns on both the bathroom and bedroom switch so you cannot have one on without the other.

It was clean and tidy. The room had a fan to keep it cool for arrival. The location was a 5 minute walk to the beach.
I got virtually no sleep thanks to 2 ‘gatherings’ with the noise reverberating around the square. One went on until 1am, the other started at 3am and went on long after 4.30am. A bin collection truck then arrived at 6.30am. I was in the front of the building so couldn’t escape it. I was too exhausted to do much the next day. I would never stay anywhere so close to town again.
